win+shift+> or +< cursor keys, you can make a program, on a dual-screen display on the left and right switch.

Alt+space shortcut key is equivalent to right-click on the title bar of the window, pop-up menu, select M key, you can use the cursor keys up and down to move to set the window position.

Especially some software sometimes, you may accidentally run out of the screen to see the window, you can match some tools to navigate to the window handle, and then press a few shortcut keys.
You can drag the window back into the viewable screen range.
