Method One: For Professional Edition and above version of the system, you can repair the reorganization strategy to solve the problem
1, in the start of the search box type gpedit.msc, enter, open the Group Policy Editor.
2, if pop-up User Account Control window, please allow to continue.
3, and then positioned to the following location: User Configuration--Management template--windows component--windows Update
4. Verify that the policy on Windows Update is not configured, and if not, change it to an unassigned state.
5. In the same vein, navigate to the Computer Configuration-Admin Template--windows component--windows Update and confirm that the policies about Windows Update are not configured.
Method Two: If you use the home version of the operating system, you can slightly modify the registry
1. Press "Alt+r" on the keyboard to run the command box, type Regedit.exe, enter, and open Registry Editor.

3, find the following key values: Hkey_local_machine/software/policies/microsoft/windows/windowsupdate
Tip: It's a good idea to make a backup before you modify it because it can cause serious problems because of improper registry modification. This way, if the problem is not resolved, we can also restore the registry. Now, we'll first back up the registry key value WindowsUpdate. Right-click WindowsUpdate and select Export.
