This voting website has two critical points. One is to use the session server to control the voting without IP control. As a result, one IP address can be used to repeatedly vote, second, the parameters on the actual voting page are transmitted through the GET method, which may lead to fraud.

Ping 127.0.0.1-n 2 uses this to delay. We all know that the execution of the bat batch processing delay is too troublesome. Of course, the length can be adjusted as long as a number is required.
