In addition, if a user sends an email with a large number of recipients, the load on the email server may increase. To prevent users from sending emails to too many email addresses at a time, you can limit the number of recipients of a single email to make the mail server more stable.

You can configure the mail flow of the email recipient at the preceding two points.

1. Configure Automatic Email Forwarding

1. Access through IEHttps: // exchange-server (FQDN)/ecpOpen EAC. In the Exchange management center window, click "recipients" in the navigation bar and select "Mailbox" in the navigation bar of the right window ". Select the email recipient to be maintained and managed, and click "edit.

7. If you want to enable automatic forwarding and retain copies in the original recipient's mailbox, you need to use EMS to implement it.

2. Set the maximum number of recipients of a single email sent by an email user.
