Architecture and implementation of cloud computing analysis system for near-infrared spectroscopy
Huang Poetry Flat Liu Bizhen
The traditional NIR spectral analysis system is a stand-alone version, and the modeling work is very difficult. In order to share the existing spectral model resources in NIR spectroscopy, a high-performance server using cloud Computing Center instead of a stand-alone host is proposed, then a near infrared spectrum software analysis system is developed on cloud server, and the architecture and design steps of the near infrared spectral Cloud analysis system are analyzed in detail. The system can realize the functions of pretreatment, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, spectral model finding and spectral model transfer of near-infrared spectral data. In the end, the analysis and comparison of the single and cloud based near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) for the qualitative identification of hogwash water and oil are presented.
