When a static internal IP address is configured to a virtual machine, the internal IP address can always be maintained regardless of whether the virtual machine is currently in a startup state or a stop state. Even if you delete the virtual machine and then rearrange the virtual machines, the virtual machine can still maintain the same IP address.   When will it be used? If you need to establish an Active Directory domain controller (DC, domain Controller) in the Azure virtual network (receptacle), you can be frustrated in the past and don't know how to build a static fixed IP Address virtual machines, virtual machines with fixed IP locations to play the role of DNS servers. Now that you no longer need to use complex settings, you can select an internal fixed static IP address directly for an Active Directory/dns virtual machine, allowing your other virtual machines to connect easily. Even after the Active Directory virtual organization shuts down, the virtual machine retains the internal IP address and remains unchanged the next time the virtual machine is started.   How do I use it?
