However, in the face of very high consistency requirements of the transaction-intensive computing, cloud storage appears powerless. Generally speaking, there are three major requirements in a large scale distributed database system, i.e., consistency, availability and partitioning tolerance, the traditional relational database has very limited support in the area, but consistency and usability are the advantages. In other words, the short board of cloud storage is the advantage of relational database, and they are complementary to some extent.

On the other hand, there are strong supporters of relational databases in traditional enterprises. In this context, users are easily lost in their eyes and choose a storage service that is not suitable for them. Cloud storage is not a relational database terminator, at present can not jump to the conclusion, as users, we need to put aside the exciting advertising, calm analysis of their own needs. In the sense of responsibility, the merchant has the obligation to help customers choose the database suitable for their application, to achieve maximum efficiency and minimize cost.
