Draft law on social insurance increases the provision for the establishment of a National Social Security Fund

The National People's Congress Legal Committee and the State Council Legal Office, the Ministry of Human Resources and social security, the National Social Security Fund Council study, proposed to increase the provisions: the state set up a national Social Security Fund, from the central budget allocations and other ways approved by the State Council to raise funds to supplement, adjust.　　The National Social Security Fund shall be governed and operated by the National Social Security Fund management operation, and be protected and added under the condition of guaranteeing safety. The draft also stipulates that the National Social Security Fund shall periodically disclose the situation of income, expenditure, governance and investment operations to the community. The Ministry of Finance of the State Council, the administrative part of social insurance and the audit organs monitor the income, management and investment operations of the National Social Security Fund.
