Based on cloud computing architecture and business model, this paper designs a load-balanced ant colony optimization algorithm considering time-cost constraints (constrains load balanced ant Colony Optimization,tc-lbaco) Cloud Task scheduling strategy, this scheduling algorithm not only takes into account the task processing time and execution cost of QoS requirements, but also maintains a relatively balanced state of the whole system load of the resources in the cloud, which fully satisfies the QoS requirements of users ' service quality, It is of great significance to maximize economic benefits and improve resource utilization.
