Collecting dump on a user's computer is an effective way when the UWP has a flashback on the user's computer and is not easy to use VS for remote Debug because of the user's distance, and it is more unlikely that users will be able to install Visual Studio for analysis.
When contacting the user, instruct the user to export the dump through the following steps:
1, in the system settings, update, developer Settings page, open the "Start LAN diagnostics" function, and set the user name, password, such as ABC/ABC, and then click "Apply":
2, the browser is blocked by default to open Https URLs:
3, in the Crash data list, tick the corresponding app, then start to let it flash back, a little time, and then on the Crash dumps page, see the corresponding dump file:
Note: For the moment, the app that users install directly from the Microsoft Store is not able to collect the dump directly, and it needs to be packaged separately to the user for installation.
For the analysis of dump, you can learn it yourself. Recommended to Channel9 on the search. For example: Https://channel9.msdn.com/Shows/Defrag-Tools
