Recently I switched to Windows 7, and found that the user experience was amazing. It was only possible to minimize the MSN Messager (Windows Live Messager) in the tray in Windows XP, and it will always occupy the taskbar in Windows 7, this is really unpleasant.

How can we make it back to the tray? Find a simple method on the Internet:

In "C: \ Program Files \ Windows Live \ Messenger", find MSN Messager (main program of Windows Live messager.exe, and right-click "properties" in the menu ", select the "run this program in compatible mode" check box in the "compatibility" tab, select a mode related to Windows XP/Vista from the drop-down list box, and click OK. Restart MSN Messager (Windows Live Messager) and we find that it can be returned to the tray. The figure on the right shows the "msnmsgr attributes" window.
