2. Reduction
Capacity reduction refers to the change of the customer's production and operation conditions after the formal use of electricity. Considering that the original power capacity is too large, it cannot be fully utilized. In order to reduce basic electricity expenditure or energy-saving needs, this paper proposes a change to the electricity usage business to reduce the power usage capacity agreed upon by the power supply contract. The reduction can be divided into temporary reduction and permanent reduction.
