1. Power saving and Elimination

Power-saving refers to a kind of measure for a specified user to keep the user in the state of continuous power supply. In this state, the user will not be affected by other measures such as power-limiting.

Removal refers to canceling the power-saving status. removal also refers to power-saving removal.

2. Reduction

Capacity reduction refers to the change of the customer's production and operation conditions after the formal use of electricity. Considering that the original power capacity is too large, it cannot be fully utilized. In order to reduce basic electricity expenditure or energy-saving needs, this paper proposes a change to the electricity usage business to reduce the power usage capacity agreed upon by the power supply contract. The reduction can be divided into temporary reduction and permanent reduction.
