In a twinkling of an eye, my husband graduated one year ago and worked with me in a place. He was about to start evaluating his title. He looked at the documents he was preparing to evaluate his title, I learned that if there is an award for scientific research achievements, you can apply for a qualified rating in advance. So my husband and I have almost the same conditions. Of course, he is better at working earlier than me, and I am better at English than him. I have a child under the age of one, and I have to take care of my family. In addition, improper headers have little impact on my salary, so I refused, and I was always appreciated (because my salary rose faster than I thought ). So even though everyone thinks that I have been doing a very fast job and I have done a good job in Huawei, I am also confused about my work and have not set any goals for myself, let alone my career planning. I remember that I told my mom at the time that as long as Huawei raised my salary to 10 thousand yuan a month, I would have killed me and never left Kaihua. In this case, I must be able to work well in this unit. Now, let's look back at how naive and even silly I was at that time. Not only did I seriously think about my career planning, but I only wanted to work and earn money to improve my life, we have contributed our golden age to Huawei.

  

   After that, I joined IBM and started a new career. IBM, an international company, has many ideas on human resource management. The annual IDP (individual development plan) of each employee should be a personal career plan. But what I want to see more is how to use the most valuable training platform of IBM to plan various trainings for myself on IDP every year. I hope to improve my abilities in a planned and comprehensive manner, I have never worked out a promotion plan on IBM's career ladder in IDP. In IBM, my start point is low, but the acceleration is fast and the improvement is also fast. But I don't think I benefit from my clear and good career planning, instead, they fully grasp any training and project opportunity to improve their abilities, and try their best to do a good job of the project no matter how difficult it is and how far away from their own abilities.So I have suggested both my intern and my little friend, asking them to develop a capacity improvement plan first. This may sound lower-key and more practical than career planning.
