Photoshop makes exquisite doughnut-shaped ink effects. the doughnut-shaped ink is made from a straight line of ink; when made, we first draw a layered linear ink effect with a brush, and then quickly turn to the ring with the polar coordinates filter.

Final effect

1, open PS software, press CTRL + N new document, Size: 1500 * 1500 pixels, resolution 72, background selection White, the following figure.

2. Select the Brush tool, press F5 to pull up the Brush preset panel, and now set the parameters.

Brush tip shape: Select the 27th brush, can not find a reset brush, size set 30 pixels, spacing set to 21%, the following figure.

Shape Dynamics: Size jitter set to 100%, other settings as shown below.

Double brushes: Select the 45th brush and other settings as shown below.

Delivery: Other version is also called other dynamic, opacity jitter settings 18%, Flow jitter set 3%, other settings as shown below, and then check the following "Smooth" option.
