server|window| Automatic Login
Usually remote servers we all need to set up the system for automatic login and then automatically lock the screen, here we talk about how to get the Win2003 server system to automatically log in.
The first method is relatively simple, you simply click Start | Run and type "control Userpasswords2" in the input box so that you can clear the select state of the "User must enter password" option in the User Accounts Management window and press the " Ctrl+shift+a ", you will get an" Auto Login "Settings dialog box, you can set the system at the time of the computer startup automatically log on to use the user account and password.
Another approach is more complex, but it can help you fully understand how Windows 2003 automatic logon is set up.
First Click Start | run, type "regedit" in the input box to open Registry Editor, and then in the left console of Registry Editor, click Expand hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windows nt/ Current Version/winlogon, then select Edit | add | string value, type "AutoAdminLogon" in the Value name, click a blank position in the window, and then double-click the newly created string "AutoAdminLogon". Entering the "1" setting in the pop-up Edit String dialog box allows the system to log on automatically. Repeat the above and create a string value named "DefaultUserName", which is the name of the account you are prepared to use for automatic login.
Create a new string value named "DefaultPassword," and edit the string to prepare the user account password for you to log in automatically, and then close Registry Editor and restart your computer to automatically log on when you are finished editing and checking. Note that if you already have "DefaultUserName", you can change the original string value without having to re-create it. If your system is working in a LAN environment and you need to log on to the domain server when you log on to the system, you will also need to add a "defaultdomainname" and edit the string for the domain name you are logged in to.
