There are times. After we clear the virus and Trojan, the Windows desktop disappears, usually because of the following three cases: ①explorer.exe damaged or lost; ② registry keys are modified; ③ because of program conflict, virus hijacking and other reasons Explorer.exe cannot run. You can solve these problems in the following ways.
First step: Try to enter safe mode, if the desktop appears normal in safe mode, it is likely to be a problem caused by a program or a driver conflict, as long as the project to reduce the system startup is usually recoverable. such as anti-virus software, replacement graphics driver and so on.
The second step: if there is no desktop, you can press Ctrl+shifl+alt, open "Task Manager", click "file → new task", enter "Regedil", open Registry Editor. Expand ihkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windowsnt\currentversion\winlogonl in turn, modifying the shell's key value to Exploter.exe. Expand [Hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windowsnt\currentversion\image File Execution Options] to confirm that there is no " Explorer.exe "items, if any, are deleted.
Step three: After restarting, if the desktop has not yet been loaded, open Task Manager again, new task Explorer.exe or%systemroot%\system32dllcacheexplorer.exe
Fourth step: If the desktop is still not displayed, you can run the antivirus with Task Manager to see if the log has quarantined the Explorer.exe file, and if it is quarantined, restore it (but it may release the virus when it is restored). Then repeat the third step.
Fifth step: If the load Dllcache under the Explorer.exe can be successful, you can copy the file to the Windows folder. If the prompt does not have the right eye or deny access, you can adjust the time forward one months after the restart can be.
Sixth step: If the above method still does not solve the problem, you can use the Wlndows PE CD and replace the Explorer.exe file under Windows and Dllcache folders. and then recover.
