One: Local without Chinese language pack, need to download
The following are the language packs:
Click the PowerShell icon in the lower-left corner to eject the PowerShell
Enter "LPKSetup.exe" to start installing the language pack
After the popup window, click "Install Display Languages"

Expand the folder, locate the downloaded Language pack, expand as follows, select LP under ZH-CN, click OK
