Method 1: Update to the latest version of Windows Live Toolbar

Update to the latest version of Windows Live Toolbar. Windows Live Toolbar is now called the Bing toolbar. To update to the Bing toolbar and fix the incompatibility issue, go to the following page:

Method 2: Disable Windows Live Toolbar

To disable Windows Live Toolbar, follow these steps:

Closes all Internet Explorer windows.

Open a new Internet Explorer window.

When you receive an incompatible notification for Windows Live Toolbar, click "Keep disabled" or ignore the notification.

Note: Windows Live Toolbar may not work correctly after you disable the add-in.
