For small individual developers in China, you may ask why DR helps these large customers to have a solid relationship with yourself. When we help these large software companies, we have also learned some experience and can provide you with better services. At the same time, we also think of large websites. They also want to have a large sales department for sales, but they do not have so much time and energy to contact all developers. As a large company, we have many opportunities to explore these more international business opportunities to increase our revenue.

Next, let's talk about the impact of DR internationalization on everyone. There is a system in DR that shows the location where the actual sales occurred in the past 24 hours through the DR sales system. When we looked at this figure last year, we compared many Blue Points in the United States with this figure. The points in Europe last year were not so obvious. DR has gone through some integration work. This year, we are the first time to sort out all the data on our platforms. This time, we will use the collected data to submit a report to you. The first step is to analyze the consumer's country. This is based on every quarter and every major consumer country. We see the percentage of each country's sales on our platform in every quarter. In the past few years, more than 55% of DR sales have generally come from consumers in the United States. As you can see, since last year, although the total number of users in the United States has continued to grow, the relative growth ratio has not been as high as before and has shown a downward trend. We can see that there is a clear growth in Europe, and sales growth in China, India, and Russia is also very obvious.

Then we will gather the data and analyze the data according to the software. This is an analysis based on the country where the software author is located. The chart is made every quarter. This is the relative percentage of every country on our platform. Please guess which one is China? As can be seen from this figure, the proportion of Chinese software authors in their earnings on the entire DR platform is clearly and continuously growing, in the recent quarter, Chinese software authors accounted for 11% of DR software earnings. As you can see, the sales figures in the United States do not mean that the total sales volume is reduced, and the total sales volume continues to grow. However, for those products sold by figures from the United States, for the total benefit of DR, the proportion is continuously decreasing. We can see that the figure is based on the actual number. We can't give you the actual number, but we can see that the overall marketing revenue is continuously rising, however, this part of the United States continues to go down.

In this figure, you can note that Russian writers account for 8% of total DR sales, and now let's take a look at where Russian writers sell their products. You can also see that the sales of Russian writers are relatively balanced. 50% of consumers from the United States and 30% are from Europe, the rest are from other consumers around the world. It is easy to understand that the authors in Europe still sell to consumers in Europe.

As you can see in this figure, the highest one here is the author of the United States, then the author of Europe, the third part is another author, and then China, in Russia, the other parts of the market share 17% of U.S. revenue. The interesting part of this figure is that we can see that the sales of software authors in other regions have clearly shifted from the United States to Europe. For the US authors, they also saw a clear growth in the European market in the first year and their sales direction has shifted to Europe.

You may guess which market does this mainly sell to in China? The Chinese authors prefer consumers in the United States. I have already been in China for five times. I will provide you with these analyses every year. Year after year, I will see that the main Chinese authors target consumers, mainly American consumers. When we understand this problem, I will tell you how to solve it. I can tell you that you can continue to focus on American consumers, but you want to split your market. Another solution is to have a targeted international marketing solution. Therefore, it is best to do both. If you want to continue focusing on the U.S. market, I can tell you what the Chinese software authors are doing well. In terms of software design and software development, the product is very good, and the website design is good. Although there are still some differences with the U.S. website lipby, but it is better than the Russian author. Over the past few years, Chinese authors have used distributors for online marketing, and the sales situation has become better and better. If you look at your own sales, less than 10%-20% of your sales are from the profits of the distributors.

Let's talk about the poor practices in China. Chinese authors can develop excellent products, but their products are not developed based on market requirements. If you only have one or two products, but these products are not complementary, you cannot sell one software to drive other software, then you can only generate a single software for your revenue, you need to design complementary functions and then design a group of products. If there is no complementary software, you can find software that is complementary to your software through the network of the sales representative, to help him sell it, and form a complete combination.

In addition, what the Chinese authors do is that they are willing to use e-mails for marketing, most sales by about 90% American authors are done through email marketing. The second is the process of converting the trial software. Generally, after users use your product, they do not know where to find the link to the purchase.

My advice is that you can find some shared software to see how they try to sell them. Then, in terms of keyword purchasing for search engines, China pays more attention to the optimization of search engines in the English United States, and purchase of keywords such as Google is relatively lacking. According to other countries, such as the United States, Russia, and Europe, we will give you some good examples. You must have an international strategy. If your product is not attractive to a particular country, you do not have to consider this. If you consider your cost-effectiveness, it is not worthwhile to say that the population of Bulgaria is so small and that the population is so small to spend money to purchase keywords for search.

This is the European Union's forecast number. You can see the growth of each country. It will be very complicated to do it one by one throughout Europe. We have helped you with this analysis. Consumers in the UK are not very sensitive to the source of the product, so this is a very worthwhile market. Germany is a fast-growing market. If you are looking for another investment opportunity in Europe, Germany is a very worthwhile country. Although online trading in France continues to grow, French consumers prefer to buy from French websites, which is a difficult market to cut in. If you want to invest in the development of the European market, you can focus on these three largest consumer markets: UK, Germany, and France. In other countries, he seems very large, but the cost will be very high. Currently, it is not worth investing in other countries. If you want to focus on the U.S. market, you must diversify your investment in these four directions and then sell your products through different sales channels. If you want to develop in the European market, the UK, Germany, and France are the markets worth your investment.
