Share the Internet by sharing a local connection (wired, wireless)
Note: Confirm that the computer that shares the local connection is the gateway computer must have two network cards (one of which is a wired or wireless network card), and there are switches or hubs and other networking equipment, computers and computers through network equipment or wireless LAN connection
First, configure the gateway computer
1, open one of the properties of the network card, you must ensure that this network card can be connected to the Internet normally. The following figure:
2, click on the advanced image above, in the advanced interface Check "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection" and "Allow other network users to control or disable the sharing of Internet connections," point determined to exit.
3, after the completion of the local connection icon will appear on the share logo, the following figure:
4, after the completion of the local connection settings, another network card (wired, wireless) IP address has been manually designated by the system, the following figure:
Second, configure the client computer
1, open the client computer network connection properties, the following figure:
2. Double-click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) on the image above to open the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window and select "Get IP address automatically" and click "OK" to exit.
3, if the client is a wireless network card, because the Windows default connection is "Once detected this network, Windows can automatically connect", when found in the effective range of wireless networks set up, the computer will be successfully connected to the creation of the wireless LAN, so as to achieve shared access to the Internet.
