Fault symptom:
Add an activity to the calendar application of Windows 8.
Solution:
1. Run the "calendar" application on the metro interface, which is displayed in the month view by default. On this page, right-click the menu bar at the bottom of the page and choose weekly or daily view;
2. Click the "new" button at the far right of the bottom menu bar to open the create activity interface, where you can modify the activity date, start time, duration, and other options. Click "show more" to further set the repetition frequency (once, every week, every workday, etc.) and reminder time (15 minutes in advance by default;
3. After editing, click the save button in the upper right corner to save the activity.
4. The saved activity is displayed in any display mode of month, week, and day in the "calendar" application. You can click the activity to edit or delete it again;
5. If you have logged on to Windows 8 using a Windows Live account, these activities will also be synchronized to the server side, which can be accessed and edited through webpages or other computers.
