How to add Calculator function in Jinshan WPS document

Below, small make up to share in the Jinshan WPS document commonly used toolbar added a Calculator button method, to achieve this operation, need to do data operation when the mouse can bring up the Windows system from the calculator, thus significantly improve the efficiency.

Calculator

Add the Calculator button to the WPS text as follows:

1, run WPS text, click on the Tools menu, "Customize" command, pop-up "Customize" dialog box.

2, click the Toolbar tab above the Customize dialog box, then click the New button on the right side of the dialog box, pop up a fresh wps Text dialog box, enter the name of the new toolbar (my tool) under the "Please enter the name of the toolbar" option, and click OK to return to the Customize dialog box.

3. Drag the scroll bar on the left side of the dialog box, locate and click my tools in the list box under command bar, and then click the + button at the bottom right of the dialog box to eject the Add dialog box.

4. Drag the scroll bar to the left of the dialog box again, in the list box under command bar, locate and click New command, and then click the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box to return to the Customize dialog box when you click the "New button" option under the Command tab on the right.

, double-click the New button option on the right side of the Customize dialog box, pop-up the Modify Command Entry dialog box, set the title of the New button to calculator, and enter the WINDOWS system's own calculator path in the text box to the right of the hyperlink option "c:/windows/system32/ Calc.exe, leave the other settings unchanged, and click the Close button at the bottom right to return to the Customize dialog box, where you will notice that the New button option on the right side of the Customize dialog box has become a calculator.

6. Right click on the calculator option on the right side of the dialog box, click the move to command in the pop-up menu, and the Move To dialog box pops up. Because we want to move the calculator button to a common toolbar, and is arranged behind the Find button, so click the Common option in the list box to the left of the dialog box, and then drag the scroll bar on the right side of the dialog box to locate and select the WPS text Help option that is listed behind the Find tool. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box, and you'll notice that a Calculator button appears on the right side of the Common toolbar for WPS text.

7. Click the "Close" button at the bottom of the "Customize" dialog box to return to the WPS Text Editing window. At this point, you can just click the Calculator button to the right of the common toolbar with your mouse to bring up the calculator that comes with your Windows system.
