In Word 2007, users can set up all windows in the Windows taskbar, or display only the current Word document window in the taskbar. If only the currently active Word document window is displayed, you need to cancel the current Word document window to maximize its status to see other Word document windows, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window, and click the Office Button → Word Options button, as shown in Figure 2012040507.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. Select the Show all windows in taskbar check box in the Display group, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2012040508.

Tip: When you cancel show all windows in the taskbar, the Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons appear in the current Word document window, as shown in Figure 2012040509.
