Failure phenomenon:
With the Windows 8.1 operating system installed on Lenovo computers, after the Office 2013 upgrade, the serial number expires and then Office 2013 is not used properly.
Solution:
Method One:
Open the Control Panel---programs and features---Uninstall program---Find the Setup project for Office 2013.
For example, Microsoft office Professional Plus 2013, right-click to change, then eject the Office installation interface, select enter "Enter Product Key", enter new serial number, configuration complete.
Method Two:
With the administrator's command prompt, you can quickly select command Prompt (Administrator)---Office2013 installation directory by using the WIN+X key combination: (default installation to System disk)

If: need to see whether multiple serial numbers have been installed, use the following command to display the last five characters of the serial number installed, please enter: cscript ospp. Vbs/dstatus
Delete the unwanted serial number, enter: (XXXXX represents the last five-bit character of the installed serial number) Cscript ospp.vbs/unpkey:xxxxx
Install the new product serial number (replace the existing key), namely installs the brand-new 25 bit serial number, please enter: cscriptospp.vbs/inpkey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx ( Where xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx represents the 25-bit new serial number).
Finally, when you reopen Office 2013, the new version of the serial number is modified successfully.
