After more than half a year, I started my business for just one year. I put a special quotation mark on my mind that it was really a start-up business. But in a year, I found that my boss (the main investor is also the CEO) I just think of me as an employee, so to be precise, I just joined a startup company in the very early days, and the so-called incentive did not seem to be mentioned any more than normal wage payment. However, these are not important. The most important thing is that our business has not improved. Almost half a year ago, the boss thought we were not a good player, as a result, we have added some directors who have dug up from Internet companies. Half a year has passed, and it seems that we are still playing well.
This year, I have experienced too many entrepreneurial models that I once imagined and never thought about. However, it is possible that we are too idealistic or will we be too anxious (because this is the first year ). I think of a line in "coming soon", "I have heard a lot of truth, but I still cannot live this life ", we have also read many entrepreneurial stories, stayed in large and small companies, but are still helpless.
I used to think about how to start a business and how to use a computer or system of ox X. Yes, we have a full range of Apple products: iMac, MacBook Pro, Apple TV, airport extreme, and Mac Mini. VoIP calls within the national office.
We used to think about using talents from all over the world, in the early days, we worked with teams in India, Germany, and other countries on one or two projects, but the results were not very satisfactory. (first, we didn't really think about what to do in the early days, and second, we had to outsource the projects. not suitable for long-term products)
I used to think about our idea very cool. Yes, we did think so at the beginning, but it was just a vague idea, when we go deep into this industry, we find that most of our ideas are difficult to implement, especially when we go deep into a certain industry, so we have been revising, revising, and revising.
I used to think about how to build a sustainable big platform, the so-called (content + product, b2b2c). Later, we found that it was hard to find the key, where we needed to work hard, and where we did not do well. It seems that it will take five years to complete these tasks...
We once thought that our system architecture would be super awesome. We had to step on the shoulders of giants to develop the system in a second way to reduce the subsequent re-engineering. Later we found that we underestimated the workload brought about by a large number of custom development on a system, especially when no one is particularly familiar with this system, everyone is learning, learning, and modifying, it is possible that the mistake has been corrected later, but this is already the case, because no one wants to spend too much useless work on technology, it is imperative to develop functions to support the business.
I used to think that we should use the most cutting-edge management systems. Yes, we use almost all foreign systems from teamwork, project management, document management, finance, human recruitment, and online training, of course, I think this part is still beneficial, but most people may not get used to English, so I spent a lot of energy on using and studying these systems.
We used to think about how to use the best management method, yes, from agile R & D, lean start-up, continuous integration, virus marketing, okr, and reverse RR models, we have learned methods and ideas one by one, but in practice, we feel like we have just started to learn writing, but there are too many deviations, uncertainties, internal communication, and specific connections, it seems that it will take us more energy.
In short, my entrepreneurial fantasies have been destroyed and rebuilt countless times in the year, and I am still confused. I am more worried about myself, from the beginning of passion, how much strength can be achieved to the present with the increase of personnel (from the beginning several people to the present more than 70 people) the system is becoming more and more "standardized" (I do not know whether it is good or bad). Although I am not busy at work, I feel that there is no sense of existence, I don't know where the company is and where I am going. It seems that I have nothing to do with it. Should I change places?
One year after I started my business, I entered the "elder care" model.
