Photoshop filters make rock-wall effects

Filter this is a realistic effect that is made using Photoshop's combination of filters.

Create a new file in Photoshop, set the name to a rock wall in the new dialog box, width to 5 cm, height to 5 cm, resolution 60 pixel/cm, set to RGB color, content to white, click OK button to confirm.

Select the Channel tab panel and click the Create New Channel button below, so there's a ALPHA1 channel in the Channel bar, select the ALPHA1 channel, set the foreground color to black, the background color to light gray, perform the "filter-render-Cloud" command, you can execute this command multiple times, and get the same effect as Figure 1 shows.

　　

Keep the ALPHA1 channel selected, and perform the filter-brush stroke-enhanced edges command. Set the edge width to 9, the edge brightness to 38, the smoothness to 1, click the Good button to confirm, perform the image-adjust-brightness/contrast command, set the brightness to-16, contrast is set to 23, Click the Good button to confirm the effect as shown in Figure 2.

　　 　　

Perform the filter-style-wind command, set the method to wind, set the direction to Right-to-left, and, to enhance the effect, perform the "Filter-wind" command again, perform the image-rotate canvas-90 degrees (counterclockwise) command, and get the effect shown in Figure 3.

　　
Next you want to add some noise, select the ALPHA1 channel, perform the filter-noise-add noise command, set the number to 1%, distribute to Gaussian distribution, tick the monochrome, click the OK button to confirm, perform the image-adjust-brightness/contrast command, set the brightness to 5, and set the contrast to 10. Click the Good button to confirm the effect as shown in Figure 4.

　　

Select the Layer tab panel, click the background layer, and perform the filter-render-lighting effect command. Add a point light source for the image, set the intensity to 20, focus set to 67, gloss set to 13, material set to 100, exposure set to 3, environment set to 4, in the texture channel to the right of the list box to select Alpha1, Click the Good button to confirm the effect as shown in Figure 5.

　　

Finally adjust the color of the image, perform "image-adjust-color balance" command, in the pop-up Color balance settings box, select darkened, set the color level to 23,-18,0; Select the midtones, set the color order to -28,8,-18; Select the high light, set the color order to -5,10,12, click the Good button to confirm, The image of a rock wall with a strong sunlight is done.
