Photoshop makes hard metal style text

Let's get started.

Creates a 800x600 pixel with no new file background color. Download the "Metal texture" and open it in Photoshop, and then edit it to define the pattern.

Close the Texture document window and return to your original file. Fill your background with a metallic texture: Select the Paint Bucket tool and select the pattern fill.
