1, first we establish a new document, File>new, set RGB mode for Pixels/inch, document size for 250x250 pixels. Sets the foreground color to medium brown and the background color to black. Use the filter filter>render>clouds. Now our documents are like ore material.

2, then use the filter filter>artistic>plastic Wrap. Don't set too strong a highlight area, use medium smoothing, and see if your document is similar to the icon after using the filter.

3, now select the Type tool on the toolbar, hold down the left mouse button, select the Hollow type tool. As shown in the following figure. In the document area, click the left mouse button, select a font, not too large to enter the font. A selection of typed fonts is displayed in the document. Select Layer menu >new>layer via copy. The system automatically creates a new layer and is named Layer1. The Level Panel looks like the following figure, the text area has been filled with background material. Cancel the selection ctrl+d then next.
