Old: Note
Everything has a virtuous circle and a vicious circle, and the same is true for work. This is especially true for programmers, especially if you are just like me and want to take the P path in the future.
Last night, the boss sent me an email about the Planning Department planning the future technical development of arsoft recently. I hope to provide some ideas and feature about distributed computing, recently, I have been engaged in and put into practice, and I have written some of my own ideas. The boss was surprised that I returned the email so quickly. In fact, when I was studying with me, the teacher often said, "opportunities are always for prepared people ", even in the middle of 5 million, you also need to bear the psychology.
So today I want to share some of my work experience and draw a virtuous circle of programmers.
Explain how to arrange a work plan by normal people. It is not to say that the work plan is deliberately extended, but to be arranged according to the normal development workload. Working by an abnormal person does not mean working overtime every day or night. You only need to be focused, efficient, and bloody during the work process, but this is a process of accumulation.
Only in this way can we have more time to learn and accumulate, and we can move ahead of the plan.
For example, I have always liked sports, especially running. In the past, when I tested my college class, I was the first. The more I started, the more I was under pressure, but you will find it far easier to mix so many people in the middle. The same is true for Life and Work. walking ahead, looking farther, making it easier and giving more opportunities. Working anywhere is the same. Only improving your abilities is the most important thing (of course, it is also the basic professional ethics to make your own efforts for the company)
