1.7 Diligence-Mindfulness-knowing, acting and perceiving

Defined:

A) ATAPI means "diligence".

b) Sati means "mindfulness". There are two kinds of mindfulness (all mindfulness is good law, not confused with the "concentration" of everyday life, this is just a thought).

1) The general or earthly mindfulness is to do any good with observation (Ming)--such as feeding the monks the beggar's food and so on.

2) Four mindfulness in the practice of meditation is the right to dwell in the view of the present, such as body or mind.

c) Sampajanna meaning "clear cognition". It is always in conjunction with mindfulness, for example, knowing that sitting is mindfulness, knowing that it is the color of the body that is being known. Mindfulness is known in conjunction with the "awareness of the Power", mindfulness is known in the classic described as "extraordinary salvation of the merit," for the achievement of the right to see and the eight path of the body. The above A, B and C three points are called "Three Hearts" or "Ming-Jue".

There are four virtues that can enhance mindfulness and well-known:

2) be close to the knowledge of the good (the man who knows the Peninnah of the Dharma).

3) Set your own direction (the determination to have a firm and courageous fight against suffering).

4) Once Upon a time (past).

d) Yonisomanasikara or "Yoniso" means "to focus one's attention on something and to know its cause with the right understanding". This also refers to the reality of certain things. (see section 1.6.1 for a detailed discussion of the reality)

e) Sikkhati (awareness) can tell us whether we have deviated from the present.

Discuss:

A) diligence is the perseverance of breaking down the Troubles (greed and hatred), which can help mindfulness to be known to the present.

b), c) Mindfulness only knows the sitting posture, and is aware that the sitting posture is the color of the body.

In fact, it is the refinement, mindfulness and knowing that remain in the present. We must understand this because there are many practitioners who think that "they" are practicing, but in fact they are only three hearts or a sense of enlightenment.

Mindfulness and being aware of the removal of greed and hatred-provoking reality to dispel ignorance (going crazy).

As the reason for thinking, mindfulness and knowing is thought-hui, mindfulness is knowing that the right combination will change the wisdom of the Narimi (to repair Hui), but the rationale is still thought-hui.

When mindfulness is known to transform Narimi, we find that even mindfulness is not "me". Mindfulness is only a state of mind, and they are impermanent, bitter, and without me.

d) "Ming" is a law that assists the correct functioning of the three Hearts and prevents annoyance (greed and hatred-like and dislike) from being born.

The idea of "acting like a manager" knows that a change in posture is to cure hardship, and that a rationale can prevent growth like and dislike. Similarly, if the cognition of the mind and the mind is a sitting color, then the pain will not be hated, because it is the color of sitting and not your suffering. When changing from a seated body to a different posture, it's a reminder that you're just trying to heal, so you can stop liking new poses.

It is thought that the reason is wisdom: if the mind directs the righteous to know, as the rationale is to lead some people into the paddy fields, once they arrive there, mindfulness catches the rice and knows it is the sickle that cuts the rice. Sitting, as a reason to guide the three Hearts, and three hearts know that this is the color of sitting, such as the rationale for the role of guidance play. If the rationale is made by Huihui, and initially know that sitting is the color of the body is also a reason for the idea, then the three hearts know sitting posture is the color of the body.

We have to use the rationale for doing the first thing in the morning until we go to bed at night. Otherwise, mindfulness may not be able to function correctly. At first, you are sitting in a Huihui cognitive posture, and this Huihui is like a rationale. The idea of reason can assist mindfulness to operate correctly.

e) Awareness reminds us that mindfulness is too strong to know enough, and mindfulness knows that it must be on average to remain present.
