Use superbuttons-search, share, and change settings

No matter which location you are in Windows 8 or Windows RT, superbuttons can help you complete the most common operations, such as searching, sharing links and photos, connecting devices, and changing settings. Operations that can be performed by using the superbutton may vary depending on whether you are on the "start" screen or when using the application.

The five superbuttons (Search, Share, start, device, and settings) are always on the right of the screen. The method is as follows:

Touch function

If you use the touch function, gently scan the right edge of the screen and click the required superbutton.

Mouse

If you use the mouse, move the pointer up or down to the upper-right or lower-right corner of the screen, and then click the required superbutton.

Search

Use the "search" superbutton (+ F) to search for any content. You can only search for applications (such as specific emails in emails), other applications (such as searching for content on the Internet), or the entire computer (application, setting, or file ).
Search in the computer. When you are on the "start" screen or desktop, you can search for the entire computer. Open the superbutton, click or click "search", enter a word, and the result is displayed. Based on the search content, you can filter the search results to display applications, settings, or files. Tip: to search from the "start" screen, you don't even need to open the Super button. Just start entering!

Search for applications. If you want to use an application, you can only search for the application. For example, you can search for a specific email in the email application or in the calendar application. In the application, open the Super button, click or click "search", and enter the content you want to search.

Search on the Internet. You can also search for networks from anywhere on your computer. Open the super button, click or click "search", enter your search term, and then click or click "Bing ". The Bing results for the search content are displayed.

Share

When you are in a specific application, you can use the "share" super button (+ H) to share files, photos, or webpages with people you know. Select the project to be shared, open the Super button, and click or click share ".
Start
You can always use the "start" superbutton () to return to the "start" screen. Open the superbutton, and click or click start ". Tip: If you have reached the start screen, you can use this superbutton to return to the previous application you are using.

Device

You mainly use the "device" super button (+ K) to set the printer and print the document, but you can also use this button to synchronize information with your mobile phone and stream the video to a wireless TV. Open the super button and click or click "device" to view all devices connected to your computer at any time.

Set

You can use the "set" superbutton (+ I) to change some content (such as the account image and the background and color of the "start" screen) to personalize your computer. If you are using an application, you can use the "Settings" superbutton to access the settings of the specific application. In addition, you can quickly access some common settings, such as volume and brightness.
