- Build a WebApplication project and add Default.aspx page
- Add an IIS Web site
- Open the page, Task Manager started the process: w3wp.exe
- Attach process, way: vs-Debug-Attach Process
- The browser opens the page default.aspx, at which point the breakpoint is entered and you can debug

Fourth step: Attach process, Mode: vs-Debug-Attach Process
