Almost all the latest laptops have dual-graphics card configurations. One is the core graphics card integrated with the CPU, and the other is an independent graphics card. Right-click the "this computer" icon on the Windows 10 desktop and click the "properties" menu item in the pop-up menu.

In this case, the System Properties window of Windows 10 is displayed. Click the "Device Manager" menu item in the left sidebar.
