We can query different languages according to different language groups, such as "language name". The following list of languages is sorted alphabetically to facilitate user lookup. We chose Arabic.
After entering Arabic, we can see more detailed classifications in the area variables. Select the language you want, and click the "Add" button in the lower-right corner.

Once the installation is complete, we can see the installed language list in the Win8 Language Setup Panel. Here we can also use the "Move Up", "Move Down" buttons to prioritize the languages that are installed. You can also delete unwanted language packs.
