Method/Step
We click "Start" on the left side of the computer to find the "Control Panel" item and click to enter.
There are some direct can find "Windows Firewall" some can't directly find, that directly click on "System and security" so there is "Windows Firewall".
After entering Windows Firewall, click Advanced Settings on the left to enter the security Advanced Settings screen.
Click on "Inbound Rules" on the left and then click "New rule" in "actions" on the right.
After clicking on "New rule", click "Port" in the rule type, then click "Next".
Then select "TCP" on the right side of "protocols and Ports" and select "Specific local port" below, which needs to be filled in according to the actual requirements. Then click Next
The default is "Allow connections" and click Next directly.
Using the default "domain, Private, public" select "Tick" click Next.
