Windows Server, DHCP high availability

the new features in the DHCP server for Windows Server 2012 are as follows:
1.DHCP Failover:This feature provides the ability to configure IP addresses and options for two DHCP servers on the same subnet or scope, provided that the DHCP service is continuously available to clients. Two DHCP servers replicate the lease information between them, allowing another server to assume responsibility for servicing the client in the entire subnet when one server is unavailable. You can also configure failover in a load-balanced configuration by using client requests that are distributed between two servers in a failover relationship.
2. Policy-based allocation:With policy-based allocation, the DHCP server evaluates DHCP requests based on policies that you define. Policies apply to specific scopes that have a processing order defined. Policies that apply to a scope can be configured at that scope or inherit from a server-wide policy. A client request can match multiple policies, and the policy can be associated with more than one address range.
3. For DHCPThe server's Windows Powershell:windows Server 2012 provides task-oriented Windows PowerShell cmdlets for DHCP server management. DHCP Server configuration operations are implemented in Windows Server 2012, just as cmdlets based on the Common Information Model (CIM). Windows PowerShell uses object pipelining to avoid the need to parse and manipulate text output. Windows PowerShell for DHCP servers includes 103 cmdlets that cover multiple aspects of DHCP server configuration and management.
