Cloud computing can be considered to include services such as infrastructure, Services (IaaS), Platform as services (PaaS) and software as services (SaaS).
IaaS
IaaS (infrastructure-as-a-Service): infrastructure is service. Consumers can get services from a sophisticated computer infrastructure through the Internet.
IaaS provides users with basic computing resources such as computers (physical machines and virtual machines), storage space, network connectivity, load balancing and firewalls, based on which users deploy and run a variety of software, including operating systems and applications.
PaaS
PaaS (platform-as-a-Service): platform--services. PAAs actually refers to the software development platform as a service, in SaaS mode to submit to the user. Therefore, PAAs is also an application of the SaaS model. However, the advent of PAAs can accelerate the development of SaaS, especially the development of SaaS applications.
Platforms typically include operating systems, programming language environments, databases, and WEB servers, where users deploy and run their own applications. Users cannot manage and control the underlying infrastructure and can only control their deployed applications.
SaaS
SaaS (software-as-a-service): Software as services. It is a mode of providing software over the Internet, and instead of buying software, users hire web-based software to manage business activities.
Cloud providers install and run applications in the cloud, and cloud users use software through cloud clients, usually Web browsers. Cloud users cannot manage the infrastructure and platform for application operations and can only do limited application settings.
Acaas
Acaas (access control as a service): Access to services, is based on the cloud technology access controls, today's market has two types of typical access service: The real cloud services and rack server hosting. The real cloud service is a multi-tenant, scalable and redundant services that require the building of dedicated data centers, and the provision of multi-tenant solutions is a complex project that can lead to high costs, so most access services are still hosted by the server, not the real cloud services. Vendors who want to find new opportunities in the access-control-services market first need to determine which host solution to offer, how to sell licenses, and how to charge.
