With the development of cloud computing platform, each chemical enterprise should adopt SOA architecture concept, use the process and data interaction ability provided by ESR (Enterprise Service Bus), and provide data access interface for future applications and business software through the interface of Web service such as XML. This is because the traditional architecture package is a stand-alone software that integrates many application functions together in a complete package. An SOA architecture allows individual application functionality to be separated from each other so that they can be used individually as a single application feature or as a "component." These components can be used to create various other applications within the enterprise.

Cloud computing is generally considered a business computing model. It distributes computing tasks on a pool of resources composed of a large number of computers, and can obtain computational storage space and information services on demand.
