Architecture analysis of service-oriented cloud manufacturing system

In order to solve the problem that the current cloud manufacturing is still short of application mode, based on the features of cloud manufacturing lifecycle intelligent Manufacturing, on-demand dynamic construction and multi granularity service, a 5-layer architecture of agent-based cloud manufacturing system is proposed. Based on service-oriented thinking, this paper establishes the Owls ontology model of cloud manufacturing, and through ontology mapping, inference machine and matching, completes service request, release and binding process, presents a owls ontology extension framework and Web Semantic description method for cloud manufacturing service, which lays a theoretical foundation for cloud manufacturing service matching. The agent based cloud manufacturing service negotiation mechanism is constructed, and the cloud manufacturing services are dynamically aggregated and run through agent division, cooperation, competition and negotiation. In this paper, the dynamic process of cloud manufacturing system with complex, non-linear and large dynamics is analyzed, and the IDEF0 view of cloud manufacturing system based on agent is established, and its operation mode is analyzed.
