Cloud computing gets pervasive information technology needs to change

• Build trust with users and create a better user experience-there is an honest conversation about business needs, incorporating the business requirements of the cloud strategy and demonstrating their development.

• Transfer from unmanaged to managed public cloud services. Many cloud vendors allow information technology operations to monitor and manage services. This will help reduce the risk and complexity of unmanaged cloud introductions.

• Provide the development and operation of the internal services to enable users to get their similar experience from the outside. This requires more automated rapid deployment scenarios.
