Based on the research and analysis of the core technology of HDFs, MapReduce, hbase and remote fault diagnosis system of the open source cloud computing platform, this paper designs a remote fault diagnosis center based on cloud computing, which provides fault diagnosis cloud service to enterprise users registered on it. In the diagnosis Center, the database table is designed by the distributed database HBase, which makes the diagnostic center have a strong scalability in data storage capability; Using distributed programming framework MapReduce to design case-based reasoning fault diagnosis expert system, so that when the number of equipment failure cases is large, It can also satisfy the problem of the real-time retrieval of the case; in the interaction with the artificial diagnosis expert, the on-line real-time interactive module is designed, which is used as a bridge for the diagnosis experts and the equipment users to communicate and watch the real-time operation of the equipment.
