In this paper, a design method of vehicle locating system based on cloud computing vision Technology is proposed; through the visual acquisition system, the real-time image acquisition of the escaping suspicious vehicle is carried out, the information transmission module is used to send the specific information to the terminal, and the cloud computing technology is used to accomplish the mass information processing and the vehicle This system design method can greatly improve the accuracy of the key frame location result of the Hit-and-run vehicle picture, and the positioning accuracy reaches 65%.
