The Supreme People's Court today announced the interpretation of several issues concerning the application of the law in criminal cases of fabricating and intentionally disseminating false terrorist information, said Jungong, spokesman of the Supreme People's Court, saying that the six cases of serious disruption of social order should be investigated for criminal responsibility.

Article II of the interpretation takes the form of an enumeration, the six cases of "seriously disturbing the social order" are clearly defined in six aspects, such as disturbing the order of public places, disrupting the order of traffic, disrupting the normal working order of the units, destroying the living order of the residents, interfering with the normal work order of the state functional departments, and other serious disturbing social order:

1, causes the airport, the station, the wharf, the shopping center, the theater, the sports hall and so on personnel dense place order chaos, or takes the emergency evacuation measure.

2, the impact of aircraft, trains, ships and other large passenger transport vehicles normal operation.

3, cause schools, hospitals, factories and mines enterprises, State organs and other units of the work, production, management, teaching, scientific research and other activities interrupted.

4, causes the administrative village or the Community inhabitant life order serious chaos.

5, resulting in public security, armed police, fire, health and quarantine departments to take emergency response measures.

6. Other serious disturbing social order.

Fabricating and intentionally disseminating false terrorist information and seriously disturbing the social order shall, within five years of imprisonment, as appropriate, five cases of heavy punishment:

1, causing the flight to be reduced or return, or cause the train, the ship and other large passenger transport vehicles interrupted operation.

2, repeatedly fabricated, deliberately spread false terrorist information.

3, resulting in direct economic losses of more than 200,000 yuan.

4, resulting in township, street area residents living order serious disorder.

5. With other circumstances where appropriate.

In the case of "serious consequences", it is stipulated that the penalty shall be aggravated by a sentence of more than five years ' imprisonment. Specifically, the following five scenarios are included:

1, resulting in more than 3 injuries or more than 1 people seriously injured.

2, resulting in direct economic losses of more than 500,000 yuan.

3, caused by the county level above the District residents living order serious confusion.

4. Hinder the major activities of the State.

5, causing other serious consequences.
