Fimex 0.32 publish grid geospatial data tools

Fimex is an extraction library for file interpolation, processing and grid geospatial data. It can transform between scalable data formats (e.g. NETCDF, NCML, GRIB1/2, and felt), can change scalar interpolation and vector grids, and make subsets of grid data and extract parts of the file. Fimex is simple and easy to use, with a command-line program.
