Five lessons learned from the startup experience

Two years ago, I joined a start-up company and became the first employee here. I had no idea what I was expecting, and I had no clue what I was doing. Joining startups feels a bit like joining a crazy gang, and it really is. You have no idea what's going to happen next, and you have no idea what your first job will do to make you successful after a difficult situation. But don't worry about it, there's too much excitement about working in startups. The start-up family has its own special place, but like all families, there are ups and downs. I've been working at this start-up for the past two years, and that's taught me some important lessons--I think people who think about quitting their comfort jobs and starting their own lives should know these lessons before they decide to act. Again, these important lessons may inspire others to act. The entrepreneurial process takes time, and everyone learns that I have to study hard because my boss is learning. The adventure of working at this start-up is brand new to me and to them as well. Because the process and structure are going to take time before it gets better--usually two or three tries, so you need to be prepared to do it. Always remember: The company is growing, you will make progress, if you are willing to wait patiently, when the start-up of the rapid development of the day, you will be able to your career path to develop faster. For those who seek self-development, the world of entrepreneurship is perfect. Working in startups, I have a chance to meet a lot of new friends and try a lot of new things. Working in a large company, your role and responsibilities are strictly defined and restricted. If you don't have enough confidence, you may feel a little uncomfortable with the entrepreneurial world. Loyalty is the key to the success of the business. Loyalty is more important to the boss than the average employee, but as an ordinary employee I never really thought about the value of loyalty. Having some loyal employees who believe in you is perhaps the most valuable resource for your start-up. Of course, the process of accumulating loyalty takes time and personal effort, but after the seed is in hand, it will improve the efficiency of the staff in your office. If you're thinking about entrepreneurial risk (not starting a business), make sure you find people who are proficient in leadership and work for him.
