Zhang: In recent years, China's Internet of things and cloud computing rapid development. To the Internet of things as an example, the start time is not long, just two years, Wuxi this year's industrial scale has been close to 30 billion yuan, next year is expected to exceed 60 billion yuan; the industry in Shanghai this year will reach hundreds of billions of dollars. The future of IoT industry will be further expanded. In addition, the development of China's new generation of mobile communications industry is very fast. Experts predict that the mobile internet industry will be 10 times times the size of the desktop Internet, and will be able to achieve this level in about 5 years.

During the period of "Twelve-Five", China emphasized the deep integration of industrialization and informatization. It is to be sure that the next generation of information technology will play an important role in restructuring the economic structure. Through the development of the Internet of things and cloud computing, we can effectively promote the development of many industries, for example, the application of the smart grid and other things networking technology will play an important role in the development of wind power and solar photovoltaic power in the new energy field.

With the development of cloud computing and IoT, the next generation of Internet, new generation broadband mobile communication, integrated circuit and software will be promoted, and the new generation of information industry should play an important role in the national pillar industry.

Now including enterprises, local government, scientific research institutions, including the community of things and cloud computing development are very concerned about, many places are also vigorously promote, we are very enthusiastic, industrial development in the ascendant. So how can we fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the industry at the same time, to achieve sustainable development of science and technology? I think this really needs the government to do the relevant work.

How to overcome the bottleneck in technology, standards, industrial chain and so on, promote the healthy development of things networking, cloud computing and other industries? The solution can be expressed in four sentences, 48 words. The first sentence is "top level design, overall planning, orderly advance", the second sentence is "Technological breakthrough, model innovation, safeguard security", the third sentence is "Government guidance, enterprise main, Market pull", the fourth sentence is "policy support, optimize the environment, many inputs."

In particular, we need to integrate planning, technological breakthroughs, business model innovation and other efforts to make the internet of things, cloud computing on the road to sustainable development. The Government should make relevant policies such as taxation, talent stimulation and so on to create a better environment for development. In terms of funding, the National Development and Reform Commission Joint Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry has launched a demonstration project. At the same time, we must also see that the development of this industry needs a lot of money, we need to use a variety of ways, such as the development of venture capital, industrial funds, fully mobilize the participation of social funds, and ultimately promote the realization of the Internet of things, cloud computing the healthy and orderly rapid development.
