To speed up the layout, IBM also extended the regional market with partners, August 8 announced the "Cloud computing Partner Program" to fund incentives to attract partners. It is said that the partners can get up to 15% of the return point.

So far, IBM has captured orders from many of China's key industries.

Chanda said IBM had implemented 2000 private cloud projects globally in only 2010 years, and the IBM Cloud Platform had 19 million users. In addition, IBM has built 10 Cloud labs, 5 cloud centers and 12 backup clouds in global investment. Up to now, 80% of the world's Fortune 500 companies use IBM's cloud computing services.

Rivals Hewlett-Packard and Dell are unwilling to let business opportunities fall into IBM's hands, frantically merging cloud computing companies over the past year and vying for the Chinese market. Hewlett-Packard recently issued a China cloud computing strategy, announced that it will invest 2 billion U.S. dollars, has been in Hainan, Chongqing and other locations to plan the cloud computing base. Yang, the president of Greater China, told this newspaper that it would build 2 large solution centers in China and create a new cloud computing data center. Previously, Dell's Chengdu base has broken ground.

Microsoft and Intel will not be outdone. Microsoft will set up a cloud computing innovation center in Shanghai next month. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said that in the next 10 years, only the server and Development Tools Division cloud services revenue will reach 10 billion U.S. dollars. Intel last year launched a cloud strategy, and the big pull Alibaba, Baidu, PetroChina, Tencent and other occupation.

And China's local cloud computing concept of enterprises, more like IBM and other overseas giants products and solutions distributors. Earlier, IT industry observer Liu Xingliang had said to this newspaper, the horizon floated are "Western clouds."
