Aiming at the problems existing in the universality, flexibility and updating and upgrading of the current simulation and editing system, this paper designs a SaaS (Software-as-a-service) model of air defense combat simulation and editing system. By establishing a unified data model (data class set) for the air defense weapon to realize the independence of processing, we can realize the relative independence of the business logic by designing the business logic module which is independent of the specific weapon. Using Mapxtreme Java Intelligent Multithreading mechanism to solve the problem of concurrent editing of multi-user. In addition, the system is deployed on the cloud computing infrastructure platform, which solves the disadvantages of the traditional C/S mode system and platform, and upgrades the system's flexibility and user experience. Finally, the scientific and effectiveness of the system is verified by an example.
