June 29 Evening News, Oracle announced that it will acquire Pillar Data BAE company. The company is a privately held storage http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/17703.html > technology company, and Oracle CEO Ellison (Larry Ellison) holds most of the company's stake.

The deal does not involve any upfront payments, but rather a earn-out acquisition. The entire assessment and negotiation process for the deal is handled by an independent committee formed by Oracle's board of directors.

Oracle says it will use pillar Data BAE technology to improve the speed and efficiency of Oracle software. If nothing happens, Oracle expects the deal to be completed by July.

The so-called profitability payment plan refers to the exchange of traditional one-time payment methods into a transaction pattern that is paid according to performance performance in a certain period of time because of the inconsistency between the two parties ' judgment on value and risk.
