Aiming at the problem that the traditional information system of water conservancy industry can not meet the integration linkage and line use, this paper studies and realizes a mobile Office integration application platform based on wireless. Through the mobile Internet and cloud computing technology, the system integrates and clouds the resources of water resource application, so that the industry users can obtain the data needed for the work through the smartphone terminals, realize the purpose of mobile office and Long-range emergency command. The application results of "Intelligent Water Conservancy" project in Guangdong Province show that the platform has achieved good results, which provides rapid judgment, direct and effective supervision and prevention means for flood control and drought prevention dispatching decision, commanding rescue and relief, water resources management and even water Conservancy engineering safety.
